I always get the feeling that the traditional scanner is has been and not so convenient. If you feel the same, I will show you how to use something you always have in your pocket to scan and sign a document from anywhere. This has definitely changed my life. No need to look for a classic scanner anymore; use your iPhone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to scan a document with your iPhone?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You may use one of the most underrated app of your iPhone to scan documents. I use this app extensively. For to-do-lists, it&#8217;s amazing with the checkboxes. I just love it. You may pin the most important notes and you may edit it from you iPhone, Macbook &amp; iPad. When you are on the move, you just add an idea or a to do in your Notes app. Let&#8217;s come back to scanning documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Long press on the &#8220;Notes&#8221; app until you have a menu displayed with the following options:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>New Note<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New Checklist<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New Photo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Scan Document<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Edit Home Screen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remove App<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose &#8220;<strong>Scan Document<\/strong>&#8220;. Your camera will turn on.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place your document in view of the camera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your device is in Auto mode, your document will automatically be scanned. If you need to manually capture a scan, tap the Shutter button&nbsp;\ud83d\udd18 or press one of the Volume buttons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Readjust<\/strong> by dragging the corners to fit the page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap of <strong>Keep Scan<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap <strong>Save<\/strong> or add additional scans.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to sign your scanned document with your iPhone?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tap on the scanned document from your Notes app.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap the <strong>Share button<\/strong> on the top right of your screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap on <strong>Markup<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap on the <strong>plus button<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap on <strong>Signature<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may choose from your saved signatures or add\/remove a signature.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select your signature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resize it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drag and place it wherever you want.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tap <strong>Done<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You may then save the PDF.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Video showing how to scan and sign a document with your iPhone<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Scan and sign a document with your iPhone\" width=\"678\" height=\"381\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/lWVhOHpuDIM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Like, Share &amp; Comment.&nbsp;\ud83d\udc47<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Smile.
