Once upon a time\u2026<\/strong>
In 2015, I began a new chapter as the very first Social Media Manager at the University of Luxembourg<\/a>. \ud83c\udf1e<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fast forward to January 2016, I officially took over the reins of the university\u2019s Instagram account<\/a>, which then had just 264 followers<\/strong>.
Last week, we proudly crossed the 30,000-follower<\/strong> mark. \ud83e\udd29<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s been a journey filled with learning, innovation, and above all empathy<\/strong>. I\u2019ve chosen not to simply follow best practices, but to create new ones rooted in genuine human connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The result?<\/strong>
A beautiful, engaged community built on kindness: prospective students, current students, and alumni all united by a shared spirit of belonging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
