Create. Inspire. Yellow Vibes.<\/strong><br>These words have been following me for a while, almost like a quiet rhythm in the background of everything I create.<br>But today, I\u2019m giving them a new home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Welcome to\u00a0<strong>Yellow Vibe Sessions<\/strong>.<br>A little corner of light.<br>A moment to breathe.<br>A space where we slow down, reconnect, and bring more humanity to our online lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This project has been living inside me for a while. I didn\u2019t know exactly how to start. I didn\u2019t feel \u201cready\u201d. I wasn\u2019t sure if it would work, or if people would even care. And honestly\u2026 I was a bit scared.<br>But recently, while feeling sick, tired and wrapped in a Lisbon wind that I definitely wasn\u2019t prepared for, I thought:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Maybe the perfect moment to start something meaningful is simply\u2026 now.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So I pressed record.<br>No script.<br>No fancy setup.<br>Just me, my yellow energy, and my wish to bring something good into this world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">? Why Yellow Vibe Sessions?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For those who don\u2019t know me: I\u2019m the Social Media Manager of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uni.lu\">University of Luxembourg<\/a>.<br>Part of my mission has always been to bring positivity to students: especially during exams, thesis periods, or moments where everything feels heavy. Over the years, I\u2019ve written hundreds of \u201cpositive vibes\u201d stories and messages. And every time, someone would reply telling me:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThis helped me.\u201d<br>\u201cI needed this.\u201d<br>\u201cI feel less alone.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I didn\u2019t realise how much of an impact this had\u2026 until recently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What started as a simple, sincere gesture became a form of \u201cdigital sunshine\u201d. Something to counteract the negativity, polarisation and pressure that social media often spreads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And I thought:<br><em>What if I could bring that energy into video form?<\/em><br><em>What if I could create a place where we simply feel better together?<\/em><br>Not perfect.<br>Not polished.<br>Just human.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That\u2019s how Yellow Vibe Sessions was born.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u2600\ufe0f The first episode is now live<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Yellow Vibes Session: Make You Feel Yellow\" width=\"678\" height=\"381\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/dw6mCrRDF4g?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first session is called\u00a0<strong>\u201cMake You Feel Yellow\u201d<\/strong>.<br>A conversation from the heart, filmed on a day where I didn\u2019t feel my best, but maybe that was exactly the right energy to start with.<br>Authentic. Imperfect. Honest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I talk about the meaning of positivity.<br>About creating without chasing likes.<br>About the pressure and noise of the online world.<br>And I read a poem I wrote this month, also titled&nbsp;<em>Make You Feel Yellow<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I didn\u2019t expect anything specific.<br>I just hoped the video would make at least one person smile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And then\u2026 something beautiful happened.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">? The message that made it worth it<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Shortly after publishing the video, I received this message from&nbsp;<strong>Kim<\/strong>, a Luxembourgish alumna of the University of Luxembourg:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u201cOoooh, the idea is awesome ?<br>In this world, we really need to take some time for positive vibes, it&#8217;s soooo underestimated.<br>Big supporter of that one and the poem was awesome.<br>I will always support you! You can&#8217;t imagine the power you have on students, to push through the exam seasons, writing the thesis and so on.<br>So it is a great pleasure for me to give you back a bit of the support you gave me.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When I read this, I stopped.<br>And breathed.<br>Deeply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was exactly the confirmation I didn\u2019t know I needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because the truth is\u2026<br>Even with all my yellow energy, even with everything I try to give, I still have my insecurities.<br>I still ask myself if I\u2019m \u201ctoo much\u201d, if I\u2019m \u201ctoo visible\u201d, if some people think I\u2019m trying too hard, if I should tone down or disappear a little.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I still struggle with vulnerabilities I don\u2019t always show.<br>I still have days where I don\u2019t feel light or bright.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But receiving messages like Kim\u2019s reminds me that the world needs more genuine positivity.<br>Not toxic positivity.<br>Not forced smiles.<br>Just\u2026 humanity.<br>Connection.<br>Warmth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And it shows me that the yellow energy I try to share really does reach people.<br>Sometimes at the right moment.<br>Sometimes in a way I could never expect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">? Why I\u2019m committed to spreading yellow energy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even if some people misunderstand me.<br>Even if some say I\u2019m \u201ctoo present\u201d on social media.<br>Even if negativity sometimes tries to overshadow the light.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because I know, from years of messages, comments, hugs, and private conversations, that positivity matters.<br>That kindness matters.<br>That a simple message can change someone\u2019s day.<br>That one poem can make someone cry in a good way.<br>That being visible can also mean being helpful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And if my yellow vibes have already helped so many people\u2026<br>Then it\u2019s time to expand them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In video form.<br>In storytelling form.<br>In vulnerable form.<br>In \u201cme trying my best\u201d form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yellow Vibe Sessions is my way of continuing this journey.<br>A way to create small moments of light in a very loud world.<br>A way to remind us, gently, that we can choose kindness.<br>That we can show up online in a more human way.<br>And that smiles are contagious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">? What\u2019s next?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kim\u2019s message might actually become the theme of the next episode.<br>Because it touched me deeply, and because it\u2019s a reminder that the \u201cyellow\u201d comes from all of us, not just from me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For now, I hope you enjoy the first Yellow Vibe Session as much as I enjoyed creating it, even in my imperfect state.<br>And if it makes you smile, even once, that\u2019s enough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thank you for being here.<br>Thank you for your energy.<br>Thank you for supporting something so simple\u2026 and yet so important.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Smile.
