December has arrived.
The last month of the year.
The moment where everything feels a little heavier, a little brighter, a little more emotional.
It is the final chapter of 2025 or, if you prefer, the last episode of Season 2025.
And somehow both versions feel true.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
December carries a strange magic.
It is a month full of celebrations, deadlines, assignments, exams, late-night reflections, and early resolutions.
It is a month where we rush, we hope, we dream, we review our year, and we wonder if we did enough.
Classic December.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
But today, I want you to pause with me.
Just for a moment.
A small moment of yellow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Because even in this intense month, you deserve a breath.
A smile.
A warm reminder that you are not just living your story\u2026
You are writing it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I said this in the video, but I want to say it again here, slowly, intentionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You are the main character of your story.
You are the author.
You are the actor.
You choose how this chapter ends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Not the world.
Not society.
Not the algorithm.
You.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you truly want something, please do not begin with \u201cIt is impossible.\u201d Look at you. You have grown. That is beautiful. And yet we often wait for the perfect result before we celebrate anything. This message originally started somewhere else. The December message received many hearts, reactions and DMs. And sometimes, kindness comes back in its own beautiful way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As I record this session, it is the 6th of December. Not for anyone else. Let people think what they want. So here is my December wish for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Keep shining, beautiful people. This is your last chapter of 2025. Because you are.
You are more capable than you think.
More resilient than you realise.

Really look at yourself for a moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You have learned.
You have shown up when it was not easy.
You have been brave in your own way.

But life is not only about the finish line.
Life is about the journey.
The messy, magical, surprising journey.

Every month, I write a little message to support them.
Something warm.

It reminded me why I started the Yellow Vibes Sessions.
To create a corner of positivity in a loud digital world.
To offer a moment of calm.
To encourage you to take care of yourself.

Twenty five days until the year closes.
Twenty five days to finish something you started.
Twenty five days to feel proud of yourself.
Twenty five days to honour your own growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let them believe what they believe.
Let them carry their negativity if they must.
But do not let their negativity impact your positivity.
Your mind is not a place for pollution.
