Valentine\u2019s Day.
A date that often comes with expectations, clich\u00e9s, pressure, or noise.
But today, I wanted to bring something a little different.
Something softer.
Something gentler.
Something yellow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Yellow Vibes Session was inspired by the Valentine\u2019s message I wrote for our @uni.lu<\/a> students on Instagram stories.
Every month, I write positive vibes for them.
Little bursts of warmth in a world that can feel cold.
And yesterday’s message touched many of them\u2026 which made me want to bring it here, to all of you too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, whether you’re celebrating with someone special or simply navigating your own journey, I hope this message brings you a moment of calm and a reminder that love comes in many forms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

? A Valentine\u2019s message for you<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Happy Valentine\u2019s Day, beautiful people.
And if nobody else said it to you today, you can at least read it here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Forget the commercial part of it.
Forget the picture-perfect couples on social media.
Forget the pressure to be or feel a certain way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take today as a reminder of the importance of love.
Real love.
Human love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Love is not just the couple goals we see online.
Love is much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parents’ love.
Siblings\u2019 love.
Friends\u2019 love.
Pets\u2019 love.
Love for what you do.
Love for who you are.
And the most important one of all: self love<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Self love often.
Self love first.
Self love always.
Because self love is what makes the rest possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It opens doors you did not know existed.
It softens the world when life feels heavy.
It makes you shine in a way people feel, even before they understand why.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

? Love is multiple. Love is powerful.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Dare to love.
Dare to tell the people you care about that you love them.
Dare to be happy, even if the world does not expect it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And above all, dare to love yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Self love is not selfish.
It is not indulgent.
It is not a luxury.
It is the foundation.
It is the beginning of every other kind of love that follows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And as Benito beautifully said:
\u201cThe only thing more powerful than hate is love.\u201d<\/strong>
It is simple, true, and necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

? A small reminder<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

May you bask in love today, and spread a bit of it around you.
May you find one small excuse to smile.
Just one.
Because one smile is enough to change the tone of your day.
And sometimes, your whole week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
